Jennifer Lewis founded her small food company, Petit Four Legs, after years of working as a pastry chef for a luxury hotel. In addition to a culinary degree, Jennifer holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Jennifer is the author of Starting A Part-time Food Business: Everything You Need To Know To Turn Your Love For Food Into A Successful Business Without Necessarily Quitting Your Day Job and has a second book, Food On Wheels: The Complete Guide To Starting A Food Truck, Food Cart, Or Other Mobile Food Business, scheduled to be published this fall.
