Susan Ross

Susan “Susie” Ross taught for almost ten years in the International English Program at North Seattle College as a Speaking/Listening teacher. More recently, she teaches theater-related classes in North’s Continuing Education program. For most of her life, Susie was a professional actress and director, performing with the Denver Center Theater Company and other regional theaters, and directing plays on the West coast. She directed The Vagina Monologues at North. Susie enjoys teaching students from all over the world about our American culture, and also how to speak English more beautifully.  In her spare time, she likes to write short stories and poetry. Her husband, Ted, is a theatrical lighting expert and works for a major manufacturer and supplier of theater equipment.
