Michelle Ihlan

Michelle has been active and passionate about fitness and wellness her entire life. She came to the fitness and wellness industry from a career in insurance marketing to pursue her passion in life: helping others achieve their goals in health and wellness.

An avid runner, triathlete and competitive swimmer, Michelle has completed 54 half-marathons, 15 marathons, an ultra-marathon, 4 ½ Ironmans and the Coeur d’Alene Ironman Triathlon. She coached 3rd-6th grade girls to run their first 5k through the Girls on the Run program and was head mentor for the Danskin and SheRox triathlons.

Michelle is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) through the Yoga Alliance, and a certified Yoga Warrior Trainer (RWT). She is a certified Level 2 Reiki practitioner and Vera Whole Health Nutrition in Action graduate. She has taught with Southside Booty Camp, Vera Fitness, Namaste Coaching and Wellness, and teaches yoga to women in prison through the Yoga Behind Bars program.  Michelle is also Certified in Exercise Nutrition through Precision Nutrition.

In her spare time, Michelle can be found gardening, running and playing with her dogs and chickens. She believes that everyone deserves health, happiness and to be their best self. We are all capable of so much more than we even know.
