You will learn how to create a basic bitters base, experimenting with different infusions of aromatic plant extracts for custom flavors. The class includes everything you'll need to craft two 4-oz. bottles of bitters, including the base spirit, a variety of bittering and flavoring agents, and reusable infusion jars and dispensing bottles that you'll get to take home. We'll taste our way through Bourbons from Kentucky, Washington State, and places in between, exploring the storied history of Bourbon and learning how it's made and what makes it unique.
