Yoga for Everyone
Fix, refine and sustain the body you have. Practice yoga poses that energize the organic body by heating up the muscles and moving the joints. Feel encouraged and supported while immersing yourself in a physically challenging, progressive and well-paced process. Physical limitations and challenges will be addressed. This class is ideal for beginning and continuing yoga students. Bring a yoga mat to class. Class includes membership in the Wellness Center for the quarter.
