Self-Healing Qigong and Meditation

Learn the healing movements of Sheng Zhen ("shung jen"), a dynamic meditation and energy cultivation practice for opening the heart and connecting your own life force with unconditional love and the qi ("chee") of the whole universe. Through this meditation in motion, we release stagnant, murky qi (life-force energy) and bring in fresh pure healing energy for greater health and well-being.
