Photography Basics: Techniques and Art
You’ve been using your digital DSLR or digital mirrorless camera on automatic but now would like to learn about using its full creative potential. Bring your digital DSLR or digital mirrorless camera that can be put fully on manual to class (no point and shoot cameras; contact instructor if unsure). A tripod is recommended. Class includes two Sunday afternoon field trips (details given in class). Instructor’s work has appeared in National Geographic publications. Text is ‘Bryan Peterson’s Understanding Photography Field Guide’ by Bryan Peterson. ISBN: 978-0-8174-3225-6. See Textbook and Supply List for textbook information.
