The instructor armed us with well-thought-out strategies for pushing through common psychological obstacles.  Coming up with categories for things and other concrete suggestions were helpful, and I've implemented them in my sorting/organization work already where I previously had "hit a wall."  I got what I came for.  I liked the homework assignment between the two classes, it was good for applying what we'd learned and being accountable.
