Mediterranean Small Plates

NEW Classes!

Whether you call them Hors D'oeuvres, Tapas, Meze or Antipasto- these are the delicious little plates found all over the Mediterranean. This class will provide you with unique recipes that will serve as fun appetizers or a complete meal of small plates. Learn to make dishes such as chard stuffed phyllo dough with feta, garlic prawns with smoked paprika, and spiced lamb meatballs in tomato sauce. When it's grey and rainy in Seattle, explore the fun and diverse specialties from the sunny spots of the Mediterranean world! A $36 materials fee is due to the instructor on first day of class.
