How does one resolve conflict while preserving the dignity and integrity of all involved? Through an equitable process that offers a framework for collaborative resolution. Designed to provide professionals and leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to negotiate and manage conflict, this course examines the various causes of conflict, responses, and how personal style can benefit or burden toward positive resolution.
