Level 2 Mat Pilates + Fascial Mobilization

Pilates is a fabulous, joint-friendly way to cross train for the upcoming physical demands of skiing, snowboarding and a myriad of other pursuits. Fascia is the complex matrix that weaves over and through muscles and joints. When it’s not operating optimally, try as we might, we feel tight. We’ll be adding new techniques to hydrate and mobilize this connective tissue within the workout to elevate both your flex-abilities and physical strength baseline. Level 2 work builds on a proficiency of technique learned in the Level 1 classes. Your instructor is enthusiastic, supportive and well trained. Bring a Pilates mat, two-or three-pound weights and water.
