Pilates focuses on initiating movement from the core, balancing flexion, extension and rotation of the spine while maintaining proper alignment. Start feeling good NOW. Your instructor is positive, upbeat and STOTT method certified. Many class activities are modified for students to progress at their own pace. Bring a Pilates mat, water and two pound weights.
