Fall Harvest

Join us for a three-week series celebrating the bountiful local fall harvest. Focusing on healthy eating, you’ll learn to create meals from scratch in this hands-on class designed to keep you healthy and well-fed during the winter months. Learn recipes like the “World’s Best” organic three lentil soup, roasted chick pea and carrot salad, roasted chicken with lemon and rosemary, stuffed butternut squash pasta with sage butter and more. This class provides tips on how to prep your fridge and pantry for easy weeknight meals. Suitable for gluten free and vegetarian diets. A $36 materials fee is due to the instructor on first day of class.
