Sometimes flaky, sometimes like cardboard! Is making crust magic? No, and know-how!  Learn the science and technique behind creating fool-proof tender pie crusts and doughs and leave armed with information, recipes and their own take-home pie. Fruit pies, custard pies, sweet and savory – no magic!  A $25 materials fee is due to the instructor in class and includes one take-home pie.
