Easy as Pie

Sometimes flaky, sometimes like cardboard--what happened?! Is making a good pie crust just luck of the draw? No! Learn the science and technique behind creating fool-proof tender pie crusts and leave class armed with knowledge and recipes and your own delicious Thanksgiving pie ready to bake or store in the freezer. Students choose from apple streusel pie, pumpkin pie or banana cream pie. A $25 materials fee is due to the instructor in class and includes one take-home pie.
